MARY JO — PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR

Hello, I’m Mary Jo! I joined the Heritage Dental family in November 2020 as the financial coordinator, and I felt like a part of the family immediately. I bring 15 years of administrative experience in both medical and dental offices, but it was when I joined the dental field, I realized I had found my niche. I love helping others, and I’ve been fortunate enough to work in an environment where I can help others on a regular basis. Through my years working in the dental field, I have learned many facets of what it takes to run a dental office efficiently. I have worked the front desk, scheduling, office manager, and financial coordinator roles. Now, I am working as the Practice Administrator which is a fun new way I’m expanding my work experience. I love the rewards of watching patients’ transformations as they go through their needed treatment.

I’m originally from Northern Michigan, and I now live in Stafford with my husband, Ken, of 32 years. Between us, we have 6 amazing adult children and 3 wonderful grandchildren. When we are not spending time with our family, I love baking, working in the yard, and going on weekend getaways.

Hello my name is Maolis but usually go by Mo. I am the Office Manager here at Heritage Dental! I started my dental career in 2012 as dental assistant and grew a love for dentistry and patient care. Making me more eager to want to learn and grow within the field.

Originally from Panama, I bring a unique blend of cultural and professional insight to the office. Bilingual in Spanish and English, I excel at building strong relationships with both patients and team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment.

Outside of work, I am a proud mother of five handsome boys and fur mom of two dogs Simba & Jerry. My passion for dentistry, combined with my organizational skills and commitment to providing excellent patient care, makes me a valuable asset to our Amazing office! I truly enjoy helping patients with oral care and all their needs. CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU GUYS AROUND here at Heritage Dental!
